I bought 2 vouchers and have tried to contact the business - after leaving 2 voice-mails and not receiving a return call - after 48 hours - I managed to get through and found out no appointments available for my guests from the UK - the lady answering the phone was particularly unhelpful and did not want to look for any alternatives....I advised that I was going to write a review and she said go-ahead. I would never recommend a business like this at all - unfortunately I cannot rate the quality of value as I did not get any service at all.

Disappointing to be a long standing customer who missed an IPL appointment that I do not believe that I made and had already been paid for ! and was not allowed to redeem the appointment at a later date . Very bad for repeat business!!! I will certainly not be returning and will definitely not be reccommending to friends . I only have to tell a few potential clients and they tell a few and so on ...this owner has done herself and her business a very BIG DIS-SERVICE .
THe individual therapist I have been seeing for 12 months now was on the otherhand veryprofessional and efficient in the delivery her treatments .
Such a shame as lots of marketing is word of mouth .......ultimately customer satisfaction is going to reward the business with repeat custom .

The service here really depends on the therapist that does your treatment. I have had IPL done here several times and for my money there are other places that do a better job. There is an absolutely lovely lady with a European (maybe Irish?) accent who is fantastic. She is very thorough and ensures your experience is pleasant. I have also had another lady who rushes you through and does not do a through job. They do a lot of internet deals - but buyer beware...

I had some IPL done here and the staff were lovely and made you feel completely comfortable. The only reason I gave it a four was purely because the salon was a little bit jam packed. Lots of stuff in a small space. Otherwise perfect. Results were great too.
