Choices Bega. Never again! Vinyl glue walked throughout the house, even on bathroom tiled floor. Existing carpet piled up on the street and footpath and left for 3 days. They promised to take it away and they didn't. Lousy tradeswork and blown off by people at their office when we complained. We are pensioners and husband is a disabled veteran. Really rotten company and age discriminate.

Fantastic Service. We had these guys lay vinyl flooring through our new granny flat. They hung onto the rolls of flooring we chose even though it was some months between choosing and when we were ready to have it laid. When the day came and the flooring was laid, the quality of workmanship was excellent. Even though there were two joins in the flooring I have trouble finding them on my hands and knees. The sales staff and the chap who laid the flooring were friendly, approachable and honest. I would definitely use them again!

Used Carpet Choice when we were selling a rental property and really wanted to maximise our profit. By installing new carpet without spending too much money , without it looking cheap . Very individual service , were able to achieve the look we wanted in line with the current styles . Service was knowledgeable and friendly . The layers were polite and friendly , easy job with no problems . They do all sorts of flooring and take into account what you will be using the area for and will suggest a range of options to suit your needs and budget . Have all the current styles in stock . We were very pleased that we had the carpet replaced in preparation for sale and got the full asking price within 1 week of the property going on the market . Money well spent .

i walked in and explained what i was after - showed me the best options available and fixed up a quote. when i was ready advised me of better deals and even gave us samples to check at our house against the walls. also ordered timber flooring and was able to return the excess for credit. the only down side is they did loss our order and take an extra month but it was over xmas new year period.

Well, I said I'll be back and I'm back, the service and the range of this store is nothing short of breathtaking. There is a lot of choice and we're buying carpet this time. The free measure and quote is a bonus and the staff do their very best to make sure that you're satisfied. I recommend this store with all of my heart.
