I wouldn't recommend any service which has practitioners who are rude and arrogant - at my very last consult the Dr stalked out of her consulting room and left me sitting there, absolutely stunned by this behaviour - seems I wasn't the only ill person in the room in need of help...

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nurses are wonderful. There is a large selection of doctors, one to suit everyone's needs.

Stopped going there when they lost a large amount of my paperwork, and turned up for appointments I had booked with over a months notice and they had no record of my appointment, despite having given me an appointment card.

Went to a different, lovely doctor for a while but needed an appointment and couldn't get in with her, so tried this place again. Worst mistake ever, I was gaslit and treated like a drug seeking idiot. The medication I required was denied, and the doctor told me I wasn't sick enough. Even better, he told me if I actually had the condition which I claimed, the only treatment was to be admitted to hospital, when the medication I was seeking a prescription for would have meant I didn't need hospitalisation.

Do not attend this medical centre if you wish to be treated like a human being. My vet treats my animals with better care than this place does.

I have found it very hard in the past to find a doctor that will listen and not just consider you a number, I haven't been going here for long only used this doctors a few time, but I won't go anywhere else for my kids. I have found the doctors to be caring and listen to what I have to say, the only down fall is trying to get in on short notice, sometimes with lengthy delays but well worth the wait.

Excellent doctors surgery, although very hard to get an appointment at short notice. All staff are friendly and helpful and will do their best to try and fit you in. Reception make you feel like a valued part of the clientele rather than just another patient. If you are prepared to wait a bit this s the best surgery in the south!

i have been a patient since i was an infant. only complaint would be about the difficulty in getting an appointment at short notice.

A very busy doctor surgery that i dont use any more for that reason. Always made an appointment & had to wait for hours not good if you have sick children that cant stay still. Also they dont bulk bill anymore they could if they wanted to like my Dr does.

Has everything there doctors. casualty. specialists. seems to be a friendly environment. Has a TV hutch/room for the kids to play in which is good. usually i can get to see a doctor if i cannot get into my surgery.

Wow the total package of Doctors, Nurses and other health professionals. Receptionist are helpful and polite and the practice Bulk Bills too. It is always possible to see a Doctor as they run a Casualty clinic as well
