One word really AMAZING!
An excellent hairdresser, did an amazing job, friendly, courteous and very reasonably priced. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble a trim was less than $30, just totally impressed will definitely be back.

Terrific experience with Mucky Pups. Really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to rush us out. Took extra time to check over the dogs when finished to make sure they were done correctly. Will definitely keep using Mucky Pups

One word..... AMAZING
Hands down the best vet we have ever been too, all staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate. they even gave me a call a week later to check on the 'patient', I could not of been happier. They have no problem if you want to call and check on what you were told and they are always keen to help. Can not recommend theses guys enough.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and they bulk bill so a definite plus. Filled in the usual new patient form in reception only to have the very gruff doctor ask exactly the same questions, when I pointed it out my comment was met with a sigh and silence. Then it was well here is your certificate and off I went. Don't know that I will ever go back, shame because reception give a great first impression, maybe so customer service training would help.

Excellent doctors surgery, although very hard to get an appointment at short notice. All staff are friendly and helpful and will do their best to try and fit you in. Reception make you feel like a valued part of the clientele rather than just another patient. If you are prepared to wait a bit this s the best surgery in the south!

A great family meal venue, meal was really nice with a good size serve. Decor is a bit dated but that doesn't effect the food obviously. Service was a little slow but not bad enough to warrant a complaint at all.

These guys and girls do an amazing jobs, the pens are as clean as they can be given the environment. The staff are awesome they show huge empathy and are happy to chat about any of their current charges. I got my last dog from the RSPCA Lonsdale and will be heading back there next week to get her a friend to play with while I am at work.

Overall value was fine, but needs the dogs to be left half the day (not very good), doesn't always do what is asked of her, and have noticed some small nicks on the dogs when they come home, and if I want their faces and feet cut short I don't expect to have to fix it up when they get home. If I make a booking at 9am I need to be able to pick up both my dogs a couple of hours later not at 2 in the afternoon, they should not be kept in a cage for that long, when the only reason for it is disorganisation. Not going back to this one EVER

I have taken both of my dogs here for check ups and was very impressed with the first vet we saw, she was very caring and seemed to be really listening to what I had to say. On the second dog visit we saw a male vet, and I was not so impressed, he barely spoke and didn't really seem that interested in the dog. He also had someone else in the room that just stood there the whole time, was not introduced and I still don't know what she was doing there. When I left I had to wait for reception to complete a personal conversation before I was served and then it seemed to be with some effort.

Excellent vets, all of the staff really seem to care about your pet. They take the time to explain what is needed properly so that you are totally comfortable with what is happening. They seem a little more expensive than other vets int he area but the excellent service makes up for that. They are open quite late and open Saturday and Sunday.
