ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! NEVER TRUST THEM WITH A PAIR OF SCISSORS!

I literally have THREE inch horizontal chunk missing out of the middle of my hair! Offered a refund ONLY for the hair cut! Also offered to extensions in to cover up their mistake (I am sorry but it is right at the front of my hair and not a place you can put extensions). When I discovered what they had done I was literally in shock and pretty devastated.

They also advertise a "special" for $220 but when you pay it is $340 with no explanation at all (only thing I can think this was a toner which was on for no longer than a minute). Also the colour was supposed to be lighter what I actually got was my roots done which had been done two weeks prior to my visit.

Very expensive, quality of hairdressing is not that great. I don't know why is it so expensive, but wouldn't go there again.

Recommended for those who are willing to part with their buck for an excellent hair cut! Very considerate and was very happy with how my hair turned out. But this sort of shop is not for me (too pricey!)

I booked an appointment with a senior stylist and when I arrived I was told that they weren't available so I was given a junior stylist. After asking her to straighten my hair at the beginning and the layer it as well, I had to ask her to re-do my hair three times as she did not layer my hair enough and repeatedly curled it after each time. In the end I got sick of having to ask and settled for a hair style I wasn't happy with at all.

Had my hair done , wasn't done properly,made another appointment and on top of that they canceled my appointment without letting me know. tried calling the manager for an explanation. Left 10 messages and to date i have had no response. How is that being customer focused? If a Manager doesn't treat a customer right then i can just understand their workers.

Overall, this a really good hair styling experience and they only employ the very best skilled stylists. A little pricey if you have to get your hair done all the time but great for a once in a while pazazz.

Overall are very nice atmosphere and a great place to have a blow dry, would recommend them to anyone. I prefer the one on Oxford street. Big salon, lots of talent and great coffee.

Went in. Was introduced to my stylist. He sat down with me and asked me what a wanted for my hair cut. any restrictions or ideas that i had. then told me what would suit me. Got a lovely wash, a gloss treatment. and one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Everybody has commented on how good it looks.
