Continue to mismanaged vaccine supplies. Had my families flu vaccination cancelled repeatedly last year, this year it’s COVID vaccines. This was our usually GP practice, but we will not be returning.

Just call them to book for COVID-19 vaccination, and receptionist told me that they don’t do second dose and you need to go where you did first time. This is not good enough, constantly the government encourages people to do vaccinations and the centre refuses to do it.
Very bad service and this is not first time.

They have been our family Drs for 20 years, and as such feel like part of the family. Always friendly and always aware what’s going on with you. I rarely concern myself with which doctor I get as I find them all really very good

Great doctors here. always easy enough to get an appointment and they will actually help you as much as they can and go above and beyond. friendly staff and nice waiting area especially for to keep the kids occupied

We have been going here for ages - I love that the kids are fully bulk billed, though we do have to pay extra for ourselves. It's not too hard to get into an appointment, though it's hard to necessarily get the Doctor of your choice, unless you are booking well in advance.
I'm not even sure they are taking on new customers.

Excellent and thorough are the doctors and the staff are understanding and caring to the patients they greet.The medical centre sends you reminders for annual check ups required

I have made a personal complaint to the owner, he replied "they're only cold & flu doctors".
My complaint was very serious, healthwise. I was treated as a dill for investigating my health over the internet. I found out a year later, after going approximately every week, that I was right, I had a life threatening illness. Thank goodness I kept pushing, and eventually got another opinion
(I had them refer me to a number of gyno.s) from a gyno. I organised, till I got
action, nearly too late.

I have been going to the doctors at this clinic for many years and it is great. I have seen most doctors, and all are great. We can take our child for free, as it is fully bulk billed. The only problem is getting in, appointments are hard to get within a day.
