Cigno are not to be trusted. I've had small loans through 2x other companies & they were superior in every way. Cigno do NOT answer any phone calls - they have a recorded answering service permanently switched on, & they're not registered with any industry bodies, so they adhere to no 'code of practice'.
I'll never consider Cigno again, & I'll be very surprised if their practices are not already under investigation.
