I came to this nail salon for the first time after being in a rush for an event, and didn't have time to go to another one. I was planning on getting red nails to match my bridemaids dress, as all other bridemaids were doing the same.
Before I sat down, I asked if they have a true red gel colour just in case. The lady didn't seem to listen to me properly and was more in a rush to have me to sit down.
I asked again politely and she just said 'yes we do'. I sat down and started looking at the colours... and surprisingly there was no red. There was a orange and a burgundy though. I was disappointed and asked her, she showed me the burgundy and said that was a red. At this point I didn't have time to go another salon, so settled on the burgundy colour and she started on it.
The nail salon wasn't busy, but she was rushing and didn't remove previous gel polish properly and there was bits of it left on my nail. When I asked her she said they will come off...
It didn't, my nail coat was all bumpy and just looked terrible like it was done at home.
I eventually left, I was quite unhappy with the service and probably won't be coming back. They don't seem to listen to you and don't do the basics of it properly.

Aargh, do not they speak English, do they not know how to address me? Do they not know how to be nice, I hated the experience, I tried to explain extreme nerve pain, they rolled their eyes, spoke amongst each other, and I just winced in agony with the insensitive treatement, my sister got a toe nail infection too, run, and never go back Sista.

The service at Citi Nails is very substandard. You are lucky if the workers greet you at all. They don't listen to your requests properly and begin the wrong procedures without double-checking with you. Whenever I have been there, the workers spent most of their time conversing with each other in a language you can't understand, making you feel very unwelcome. If they are not conversing with each other they are on their mobile phones. While you are getting your nails done, you feel as though it is the last thing the worker actually wants to be doing, they try to do their job too fast and end up hurting you in the process. I have left Citi Nails with my fingers bleeding before. I would not recommend a pedicure. According to another nail technician, they use an illegal scraping technique on your heels to remove dead skin, but this process will actually make your feet worse over time, causing you to need to return to them over and over. My mother contracted a fungal nail infection after receiving a pedicure there. Although prices are decent, the business itself is shocking and I am surprised they get away with as much.

Fantastic Service...Very happy with my nails and was served so quickly on a Sunday. Very friendly people and was able to watch part of a movie while being pampered.

This is the place to be when you need it most.
SPA, pedicure, and body relaxation massage. Highly recomend it.

Girls are friendly although sometimes preoccupied and they do tend not to speak english which I find rude because they laugh among themselves but I have never had any problems with the service last time I had to have my son in and they were very helpful and my plain refill is only $27.00 there are other options which bump up the costs tho.

very poor customer service. although i had an appointment still had to wait 40 minutes for someone to start my nails. the lady that was doing my nails kept stoppping to check her mobile phone and it took an hour and a half for a refill. the price was also a bit pricey, i paid $50 for a back fill with coloured acrylic and a gel polish. definitely wont go back there...
