Just popped in for a KAFE today, and was offered a turkish coffee in a proper turkish coffee cup. NICE! Note worthy also, was their fave use of the word decadent sweets, and boy do they have a selection of sweets! I could choose something that most cafe's do not offer. The chicken salad was delicious, and quite substantial. I ordered a sandwich at another time, when I just felt the need for a sandwich, and got what I asked for, yay! And hey, the owners actually talk to you, where so many do not give you the time of day. High tea for those of us who like to be fancy too, and is served from a beautiful set of rose dinner ware. Food is fresh and a nice selection is prepared for you to pick from for lunch. Opened for dinner too.

Well, here goes! My doggy is quite very poorly, his eczma is horrible, and he is swollen and putried at best. Eyes and ears are weeping, anal glands.......lets not go there! His fur stinks, no matte how much we brush or wash him, yet the more we wash him, the worse he gets. Three emergency visits to the vet in 6 months, at an expense over 1K. One vet wanted us reported (gosh we freaked out in exasperation) We were in conference with a Vet, who contacted us, to try to help us, and advise a diet change, of the kibble,,,,,,,,,aaargh, this still did not work. Fat was totally removed from his diet, and tho the internal infection eased, the dog flared up like a light bulb, DOGS NEED A SUFFICIENT DOSE OF FATS FOR THEIR HEALTH, and our dog was totally deprived of fat to keep is glands free of putrid leaks. 2 years pass, and he is sliding into the poorest health, nervy, lazy, and freaks out at the least little noise. Poor pup, and I was quite driven to despair, and out of money to help. Put down was not an option, so a thread of info on Hemp Oil came across my path AGAIN, only this time, I did a lot of research and purchased it. Day 5, his swollen feet, hocks and belly were no longer swollen, Day 10 his weepy eyes, muzzle, glands, feet were pretty and clean. He is not startled easily and is charging around like a puppy ready for his walks again. Day 14, his fur is silky, and he does not have that putrid smell, so once again, he is an inside dog. Lesson? do your own research and think outside of the BOX!

I have justt found out that, not only is Golden North Ice Cream the best in Adelaide, especially of note is the fantastically delicious GIANT TWIN, ....is that it contains NO PALM OIL... Ah ha, so that is why it tastes so fantastic! Again a local, brilliant company that competes better than most, and one Supermarket tried in vain to rip it out of the freezer section (failed, and re-instated) Keep that stuff coming guys, and keep the jobs local SA people!

Adelaide is not a boring place, Melba's Chocolate factory is one icon in Adelaide worth chasing up. The chocolate range is great, and, they even sell cow pat chocolate, if you don't know what that is, it is high time you went to find out. Licorice is the old fashioned hard as nails, teeth breaking yummy old school licorice. Rows and rows of lollies, traffic lights, rocky road, easter chokkies, frogs, too many to name. I love the small display in the entrance of the butter churner. Make a day of it, don't be in a hurry and take in the fine area too.

Having started out in business without a clue about equipment and operations, I came across Mike, who supplies, repairs and trains people on the correct use of his equipment. Sole trader of NILFISK Vacuums in Adelaide. Nilfisk is a great and reliable vacuum for commercial use, now I know where to go to get my old NILFISK replaced when it finally decides to give up. You know those kiosks in the shopping centres? Yeah, the ones you try to avoid eye contact with? Well, don't ignore them for too long, yes, they want to make a dollar, and so do you, win/win. I approached the kiosk at the end of my tether with my son, who was floundering away at home, and clue less, as to what to do in life. Well, now he is studying, it is expensive, but he does not pay upfront. VET fee help, and access to UNI after he completes his diploma satisfactorally.

Great, on a Friday, we are stuck without the second car, the radiator is cracked, our regular Mechanic is unable to fit us in, with no notice, but we just squeezed in with Ultra Tune, and got us out of our situation. Appreciated the effort to help us, especially on a Friday afternoon. Beggars cannot be choosers, and they helped, so that is what counts here!

Once upon a time, you could take your gas bottle anywhere to exchange, and I thought, that wow the prices aught to have dropped in Jan 2015, that I might get it cheaper somewhere, but NO, gas bottle refil is as expensive as ever, I emailed Supagas, and they actually responded, so, even tho the prices are still not lowered, "HEY, they emailed me back, so they get my service" Thanks for emailing me back guys!

I have an ABN, and decided that I would like to save a few dollars, but, yeah, sure, if I had a family of say, 6 kids, this might do it for me, as the only things worthy of buying are for catering. Oops, I am not a caterer, and should not have even tried. If I was a caterer looking for bulk sugar and stock, then this is a good place, I suppose.

Aargh, do not they speak English, do they not know how to address me? Do they not know how to be nice, I hated the experience, I tried to explain extreme nerve pain, they rolled their eyes, spoke amongst each other, and I just winced in agony with the insensitive treatement, my sister got a toe nail infection too, run, and never go back Sista.
