I used to use this group and are extremely professional and really good guys. They are still around but not at this place which is a really old address.

We booked for a winery tour for july but we went into lockdown. We contacted them to arrange a refund as many of the group where stood down over shutdown and could use the money paid in advance to them. Until now, they are refusing to refund and even made a ridiculous offer of deducting 80% of our money for a service fee. Will be taking this up with small claims. Avoid the stress, book with a reputable operator if you value your time.

Used them for a Mornington Peninsula Winery Tour in their luxury Mercedes Mini Bus. Pretty awesome experience. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend the Great Ocean Road tours offered by City Hire Cars.

Our tour driver Peter was fantastic offering insight into all the coastal sights and Australian wildlife. Our two families loved the luxury Mercedes minibus, very nice!

I am not impressed with this business. It seems that a deal they made through a discount voucher company called LivingSocial was misleading and leaving the customer to pay more which was not specified in their "fine print"

To make matters worse, when enquiring the sales people, I was told by their customer service officer that I was a "smartarse" and they hung up on me.

From my experience with City Hire Car, I would be extremely reluctant to use them in the future no matter the cost and I would say likewise to everyone I know.
