I went to make an enquiry at their office. The lady who served me couldnt help me, so she asked her colleague. Between the two of them, my issue was solved with friendliness and efficiency. I left the office feeling very satisfied with the experience, I felt I had been listened to and my issue was dealt with.

They submit community information via their myballarat magazine and encourage people to get involved but don't want to do anything beyond the basics to help. I decided to hold an event to get the community together as the city of Ballarat was looking for volunteers to do so. Apart from initial assistance they were useless with assisting to ensure this event could go ahead. They opted out at the first roadblock!
