I went here for the first time the other day. What a pleasurable experience! The lovely girl cut my hair and it looks fantastic!! Im was thrilled with her polite, friendly, enthusiastic service. I have found a new hairdresser and Im telling others about my wonderful experience.

I use this little library regularly. I reserve books from other libraries around the state and they arrive in a timely fashion. I usually have to run in and out of the library, due to the bus timetable and the ladies are very accomodating. They know who I am, as they seem to with nearly everyone, and have my books ready to go. Iv never met such lovely, smiling, helpful library workers ever! They treat all the customers with the same helpful attitude. I particularly like the way they make time to talk to older people.

I attended with serious issues, and thought that I would have a sounding board for an hour, but barely 15mins later, I was out of there. I found the person to be disinterested and I wasnt comfortable talking to them.

I went to make an enquiry at their office. The lady who served me couldnt help me, so she asked her colleague. Between the two of them, my issue was solved with friendliness and efficiency. I left the office feeling very satisfied with the experience, I felt I had been listened to and my issue was dealt with.

I have been here many times over the last couple of years. The staff are always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They have assisted me in making my pets lives happier and healthier. They always make time to fit us in, when I am worried about my pet's health. I wouldnt take them anywhere else!

I go here regularly and Im always treated with respect and friendliness. I always feel so much better after I leave. For anyone needing mental or physical assistance, I couldnt recommend a better place.

I love going into this shop. The ladies are always super friendly and up for a chat, particularly about our footy team. Its old fashioned service, that I go back time and time again for.The food is cheap, but of high quality. Try their vanilla slices. To die for!

We went there for my girlfriend's birthday. Im so glad we did! I loved the interior, it was beautiful. I ordered spaghetti and crabs. It was amazing! My spaghetti was black, my favourite shade. The crabs were crispy. It was awesome! The staff were very friendly and efficient. I cant wait to go back.

He was punctual, interesting and very theatric! The tour took about 90mins, and we walked all over central Ballarat. The places he took us and the information he knows was amazing. I would reccomend this tour to anyone interested in Ballarat and it's ghosts.

I was looking forward to see what they had done with the renovation. It looked pretty good, but the service wasnt. The waitress was snappy. She would come to the table and snap her fingers to indicate that she wanted to take away the dishes and she expected them all to be piled up and given to her. The food was dried out and didnt meet my expectations.
