Looked like a nice small family business which looks after their customers. But I was wrong. Contacted them via email to get a estimate for a transport which was answered promptly. I needed the estimate for an ebay transport and to decide if I buy the item (very large) or not. After two more days I won the auction and I tried to get a proper quote and book the service but I could not get hold of them. Sent a few emails and rang them ... (I gave them over 2 weeks) but no answer.
