had a appointment today at the specialist centre and waited for 2.5 hours before i finally went up to ask about the wait, to my surprise the doctor had already gone home. i am bewildered to think that this medical center is so unprofessional that the doctor left when they still had a patient waiting there. the assistant on duty may be the main culprit in my affair for probably not putting my file in the correct place but as the doctor they should at least know what patients they have booked in, leaving me to think that they have very poor management skills if any at all. lucky for me that my issue is not at all serious so i declined the assistants offer of rescheduling another appointment the next week but to be honest she should be booking me in the next day and not the next week. imagine if i had a serious issue and i had to wait the extra week for the doctor to see me, sometimes one week could mean life or death.
to sum up i should have probably gone up sooner to check but it was my first time getting referred to this doctor so i didn't know what the doctor looked like and there were other patients waiting as well.
do not know how good this doctor is but i will definitely not go to this place again

I'd like to thank all the staff there from the receptionists to physiotherapists for your love and care . many thanks for DR .Aysun , you been so closed to my heart ,i am free like a bird again . last but not least , many thanks for DR.Voung , compassionate , intelligent , quick wit , honest to his patients . it was a very loving experience for my journey in the centre

Have been going for over 10 years, Doctors are very good & also the staff there are extremely professional & helpful.
