We contacted City Wide and got a quote for $250 for pest control, when the guys turned up they were from a subcontracted company called Sames Maintenace, they did the job and then said to my elderly family member that they owed $2000 and that they wanted the money transferred before they left, and they took photos of the receipt on the computer. When I rang City Wide to try and rectify the situation, they said to be oh no that can't be right I will get my supervisor to ring you, and then no one ever contacted me. They obviously know what is going on and didn't want to deal with me. DO NOT USE SCAM.

I called up and they were able to give me a rough quote on costs for my whole house. A technician came out and had a thorough look at our house and advised that an outdoor barrier would also be a good idea for our property because of the location of our house. It was not that much more from memory so we went ahead with it. We had a massive roach problem, spiders and ants. This is over 2 years now and I have not seen any of the German roaches since or a spider indoors. We have the occasional normal black roach sneak in under our back door... But they are always dead when I find them. Really happy with this service, we have a dog and cat and the stuff they use is pet friendly.
