This would have to be the best renting video store i have ever been to! I have been using it for 1 year now and have only ever had one dvd that stopped working because of scratches and when i bought it back they gave me a new one to rent for free!

This is a great store, very friendly staff who know what they are doing, they are a big help. Has a really good range of Dvd's for hire as well as for sale.

Good range, including a good range of classical and tv shows, good value for money, convenient opening hours.

Civic has a great range of dvd's. They have also some great midweek specials. However the games and movies are good if they are new but when they become weeklies they are damaged and they will not play on they new machines. Customers need to take of them. Otherwise they will not bearound for long and the cost will go up.
