I went to Carmel, Dean and Jacinta in tears on Saturday after a terrible experience at a salon in Brunswick after a stylist took my beautifully thick, long, healthy brown hair to uneven, burnt orange & white hair that was hacked off to shoulder length.
Carmel and Jacinta took incredible care of me and my hair in cutting it, colour correcting it and bringing it back to life today.
If it wasn't for the Beautifully generous and kind hearted staff at Clair De Lune I probably would have shaved my head.
It is so refreshing to meet stylists who so passionately care about the health and look of your hair.
There are still wonderful people in this world.

Started going to Dean about 6-8 months ago and have been so happy with his service! He has corrected the orange bands in my blonde hair so it is all the same colour blonde. Also, I am always in and out in 1hour and 30 minutes whereas my last hairdresser would sometimes take up to 3 hours to do the same process. Price is very reasonable too! I am so happy to have found a good hairdresser.

AMAZING!!! Honestly, my hair colour looks soo good that even my mother who HATES my brown hair looked at me and said- wow that really suits you! I have no idea what Dean did, but what a STAR!
As an additional extra he is also a walking talking comedy show! Lots of fun! Super friendly and you leave with really excellent hair!

Dean is an artist in his approach to hairdressing. He listens to you and understands the "look" and "feel" that is required for a feeling of individuality. I suppose it's this feeling of making you "special" sets him above other hairdressers.

I've got long curly hair and I have had two big bouncy blow-waves and had my hair straightened with the irons - and it lasts and looks fantastic! Great salon.

This salon is one of the best. Dean is lovely and a really good hairdresser - he always does a fantastic job of my hair..and it doesn't take forever as it does at some other salons. Good coffee too, reasonable prices and great service. I recommend it.!

This salon is great! Make sure you ask for Annika. She doe's a great job of cutting my hair! she always makes me feel welcome! She also does my girlfiends and she always walks away happy and it look great! They are reasonably priced for Balwyn and they also do eyelash extensions there! They look unreal!
