Ordered a dual filter system for my caravan, the goods arrived one day sooner than expected in perfect order. I used their web page, which worked well until the end when I checked the order. It said something was wrong, contact sales, I did but got no reply. The emails from Clarence said everything was OK, so maybe the web site needs fixing. The web still says I have never ordered anything from them. Messages on the web are:

Your order details are incomplete or invalid. Please email [email protected] for assistance.
And:
You don't have any completed orders with us. When you do, they will appear on this page.

Nothing wrong, order has been completed.

I was pleasantly surprised that the persons I spoke to knew their products and were able to identify my requirements. I ordered the filter late on Tuesday and it arrived early Friday morning. Needed water filter equipment and original provider did not reply to efforts to contact them.
