Roshni,in particular, did an incredible job of guiding us in making funeral arrangements. She was available to answer our questions and offer us reassurances almost anytime. We are deeply thankful for such patient, kind and reliable care in what was an incredibly difficult time for us.

My beautiful husband passed away on the 15th of May 22 and I called Classic funerals who did a fantastic job from start to finish, all the little details we didn’t think of were taken care of. The comments from guests who attended said it was the ‘best funeral’ they had ever been to, it was such a beautiful celebration of his life. Fiona from Classic was the celebrant and she did an outstanding job along with Shaun and Paul who on the day were right by our side guiding us every step of way. Classic funerals were also priced so cheap compared to other funeral homes and all their staff are so compassionate and professional and I would love to recommend them. Our sincere thanks to Adam, Fiona & all the staff at Classic Funerals with their warmth & empathy organising the recent passing of our dear Mum. Not only were Classic easy & seamless to deal with but they completed the whole process $1000’s less than other service providers. As per our Mum’s wishes we had a private direct cremation with a memorial at our own home which was personal with our family & friends. We would highly recommend Classic who are professional & very caring at this difficult time.

I cannot praise Classic Funeral Services highly enough for the way we farewell my mother two years ago.

Jill, Andy and the rest of the team was nothing but caring and compassionate during our most difficult time. We were not rushed when we delivered our speeches at the service and even gave our family the opportunity to share mum’s life story.

Andy did an amazing job being the celebrant and allowed family and friends to share life stories, memories and happy memories.

We were not rushed at all during the planning as Jill and Andy put us first when it came to giving mum the send off that she not only wanted but most importantly deserved.

I unfortunately lost my dad five months ago and me and my brother decided to go back to Classic Funeral Service for his send off based on our last experience with mum.

I have to say that they did not disappoint as they accommodated the same funeral director as mum’s, as he well as the same celebrant and the same chapel.

They even allowed me and my brother to escort the hearse from the chapel. The team showed nothing but compassion to me and the rest of the family.

My whole family and myself would like to thank all at Classic Funerals for the caring, thoughtful, kind way they took care of all the arrangements for the funeral of our mother, Maude Lucas. They helped make what was such a sad time for our family that bit easier. Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to what we needed and made it happen. The service was a true celebration of Maude’s life and for that we are extremely grateful. They also recommended a Celebrant to us, Tina McInerney, and she was a blessing. She was sensitive to our grief and also listened to all we had to say and incorporated our ideas into the service and conducted a beautiful service that truly reflected Maude’s life and what she meant to all of us. While the nature of service provided by funeral companies is extremely sad and sensitive, Classic Funeral Services performed their duty with utmost diligence. The staff, in particular, Ms Roshni Mandri, maintained her high professional approach, yet being very accommodating of our cultural requests. Paying great attention to detail at a time when I was in shock of losing the love of my life, including extended family was truly heartening. The whole ceremony was delivered with great dignity. I would like to thank Jill & and all the wonderful staff at Classic who assisted with the arranging and the service for my beautiful little great grandson, Sebastian. My family loved how you were all so caring and thoughtful regarding the service for our beloved little boy.
Jill was so lovely with the arrangements for Sebastian's funeral, the way in which the Celebrant conducted the most beautiful baby funeral I have been to. Alysha, her mother Marika, her brothers Jayme and Brandon and her sister Jessie Rose thought it was wonderful how you had prepared the room and set everything so beautiful to make our special one's funeral so wonderful.

My eldest daughter, Natasha buried two little babies born sleeping some twenty odd years ago and said she loved the service for Sebastian and the beautiful little coffin. Her little babies were buried in what she called "white shoe boxes" - their service now seems very cold compared to Sebastians.

It did bring back memories of other little babies in our family born sleeping, but at that time some forty odd years ago, there was no service for the babies who had been buried in a communal graves and as at today it has been difficult to find out where one of the little ones was buried.
