Adam was punctual, helpful, straight with us, and gave helpful free advice about our drainage. We'd like him to be our plumber for future issues! He responded immediately to our request, and came next morning, even though not an emergency. Fixed leaking toilet, and replaced 2 taps...one of which he said we could do ourselves to save money, as very easy. The previous plumber had said it would be costly, and a lot of the pipes would have to be ripped out to do it. Not so...works well now. Thanks Adam!
