As we have done an extensive renovation of our home in South Yarra, we were so tired that we decided to hire a cleaning company. Mimmo came for the inspection, on time, asked a lot of questions and gave me a reasonable quote (NOT the cheapest). I decided to go with him and thank God I did. On the day, his team of young female cleaners invaded my home, and before they finish, I was invited to come to check. OMG. They have totally transformed my house from dirty, dusty, messy to a really sparkling new home. Mimmo came on time, excellent listener, asked me about my cleaning needs. He has given me a lot of good advice to handle my house sale better. His quote was reasonable. I paid upfront, and I've been sent a receipt straight away. Mimmo has a fantastic team of expert cleaners. Before they finish the cleaning, Mimmo called me in. We went through every part of my house, and it was all sparkling. Nothing was too much. Mimmo, who runs the company, is courteous, attentive, and ensures that everything runs smoothly, and that you are happy from start to finish. Mimmo will go out of his way to make sure that the stress is minimised, and that the end result is to your complete satisfaction. I am sure all of his staff are great, however yesterday, I had the pleasure of a staff member by the name of Erica clean my apartment, and her attention to detail was superb. I am very fussy, and a proverbial pain in the #@*! However there was nothing that was too much trouble for Erica, and she never complained about anything. I thoroughly recommend Mimmo and his team.
