So far, All our move out cleaning customers have had their 100% bond back. It's a guarantee and piece of mind that we give them once they havew accepted and paid for our move out quotes. Therefore, in case their property managers or landlords are not happy with any cleaning aspect of the property, we go there (the same day or at most the following day) and we fix it to their liking at NO extra charge for the customer what so ever. Nancy and her crew of cleaners came the first time to my house for a deep spring cleaning. A big one. I was not in that house for more than 8 months (I was overseas for work). You can imagine how filthy and dusty it was. Their cleaners were very polite, respectful and hard working. I found Clean House Melbourne on google (Oneflare as top 10 cleaners in Southbank Vic 3006) and I'm glade I did. They turned my house in Richmond to a brand new one. Obviously, It cost me a lot but it was worth every penny I paid. Now, one of their home cleaners comes every week for 2 hours and maintains my house always clean, tidy and shiny. Their cleaning weekly house cleaning service costs only $30/hr (very cheap compared to a lot other less good cleaning companies) I have a cat and she has always been looked after and fed when I'm not home. that's excellent customer service. I highly recommend their domestic cleaning service to who ever lives in Richmond or near the city (for a green world) but this local small business Clean House Melbourne is located in 151 City Rd Southbank Vic 3006. My after renovation cleaning was fantastic. Clean house Melbourne home cleaners were very thorough and were able to remove all the dust from everywhere. I was so pleased that I hired them as well for my move out cleaning which was outstanding. In my opinion, they have one of the cheapest cleaning services and have only top home cleaners in Southbank. I got my 100% Bond back. My real estate agent was so impressed with their level of cleanliness and professionalism that he has started hiring them for his internal agency jobs. I’ve raised 2 children in that house in East Melbourne and you could tell by looking at the walls and the carpets. Never thought we’d get 100% bond back when we left. But we did with no question asked. I Couldn’t believe how much clean the place looked (almost new again) after you guys from Clean house Melbourne had been through it with their move out cleaning service and skills.
