I completed a 3 day detox under the supervision of Rosemaree and I feel wonderful. I wasn't hungry and the juices and smoothies where delicious. Having the colonics really helped and I have lost 3 kilos. The infra red saunas were hot and I certainly perspired a lot. But after reading the article distributed by Rosie at the information night I didn't mind at all. I was a bit reluctant to take the CLEANSEME that Rosie included in the package, as some of the Superfoods are not very palatable, but I was pleasantly surprised. Won't go so far as to say delicious but drinkable. Thanks Rosie! You are a gem!
