Amazing job
I had Rama and Lachumi clean my flat for the end of tenancy, they did an amazing job and the landlord was very impressed. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them!

I used cleantoshine cleaning services for an end of lease exist clean including carpet steam cleaning. (Moving package 1). They did an excellence job and accommodated me when I asked them to change the booking to an earlier date. I have no complaints with the service at all. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Clear pricing in line with market rates. Cleaners were in SMS contact and on time. Diro and his mate did a thorough job on an end-of-lease clean, nothing was missed and the carpets were shockingly like new. No problem with getting back all of our bond.
I cannot recommend this business, they arrived to clean and then decided to charge an extra amount because the bathroom was "too dirty". That's why I hired them to clean it.
More vandalisim than cleaning. $450 invoice to repair after they had cleaned my apartment and still waiting for a reply and re-embursement. Intimidated my partner, to not check after the cleaning and for good reason as they had destroyed 2 walls, left rubbish in the bedroom, failed to clean the fridge/freezer.
Great value for money compared to other options out there. We went with Moving Pack 3. Cleaners turned up at 8am on the dot on a Saturday and took about 4 hours to thoroughly clean the apartment.
Letting agent advised that the landlord was extremely happy with the how the apartment was left when we vacated. We received 100% of our Bond back.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and have already passed on their details to some work colleagues that are moving in the not too distant future.

Terrible service on steam cleaning my car. I told CTS there was a bad smell caused by rotted meat in my car and they assured me they could steam clean it. A guy turned up 1 hour late after several phone calls and the guy refused to clean it, saying it would 'make him sick'. They should not have accepted the job - I clearly explained what was wrong. Never use them!

Do NOT hire these guys!!!
- The cleaners showed up late as they were unable to find my address.
-Their first question “How do you pay?“
-I had to clean after them in multiple areas of the apartment, could have cleaned it myself straight away...
THE LOWLIGHT - they managed to damage the wall in two areas and then pretended the holes had already been there after I confronted them.
-The cleaners also broke a mosquito net.
- I received no response when I emailed their office to asked for reimbursement as my agent took money from our bond. When I spoke to someone in the phone, they denied everything again. After multiple calls they offered $20 which I am still waiting for. What a joke...

we highly recommend them for end of lease cleaning as we are very happy with their service and they did grate job with cleaning even then our agent was not happy so I gave them cal back to fix the issues and the returned and fixed everything without additional charge and the price is fixed. customer service is really good they respond well to emails and calls as well.

Cleantoshine did a vacate clean for our large double-storey 4 bedroom house. They did a fantastic job - we got all of our bond back and the agent said that the place was spotless. The price was also very reasonable - what was quoted in the email was the price we paid (unlike some other companies who increase the price when they actually physically see the property). We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them (and use them again in the future).

Amazing prices and great service. We have used this company twice and have been very happy with the results. We will definitely use again. They have a great online quote and booking system. They stick to their quotes too, and do not charge extra once they arrive (and can see the job required) like many other companies do. The only downside is that the carpet is left wet and needs a good day to dry,

Very very happy with the cleaners from clean to shine, they are so nice and helpful with the end of lease clean. They came and cleaned the house so well it looked better than when we moved in. definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Initially all seemed to be ok, but the cleaners refused to clean on the clean day and agreed for a reschedule the following afternoon.
To my surprise I was called the morning of next day and was asked to be ready in 30 mins.
With a 3 year old to take care ,I had already planned my day accordingly for afternoon, and they assured me to call later to confirm the arrangement. After waiting for the whole afternoon I called them to learn that they cancelled my job.They blocked my number and left me in the lurch. I cannot comment on the quality of service for end of lease cleaning as I never received it, but as a customer service I would have expected them to notify me on time regarding cancellation so I could have re-arranged for other alternatives.
I just suggest ethical customer service from them and just stick to your words
I relied on them as the previous day they had done the steam cleaning at my property with fair quality but better responsiveness and punctuality
mostly out customer book the service well in advance say 7 or 10 days. Some customer even 1 month before book us for end of lease cleaning and stick with the time schedule(anybody can guess how good they are in their moving out plan). As both customer and cleaning company go with their schedules and they have to follow their schedules . As the customer has a plan of moving the stuff from old house to new house and then cleaning to be done at both property, the cleaning company also have jobs going on one after another. If some reason the job get cancelled on the same day of booking , cleaners has to stay back without earning money, though we provide them their cancellation cost with their transportation cost from our end. In some cases like your we have to pay from our pocket.
In your case as you have booked us for 2 jobs. first job-carpet steam cleaning on 5.30 pm on 14th Jan Thursday. which was only booked on 13th by call. And that was done on time and as expected , and you have mentioned that above in your review.
Second job which was quoted on 22nd December, and booked for 15th Friday for End of lease cleaning with carpet steam cleaned. Cleaners did arrived at your place in preston and found the house still to be emptied by you. All the kitchen cupboards are full of stuff and boxes on floors. On that day you did not took courtesy to call us and asked us to reschedule or explain the situation before our team arrived. Finding this situation cleaning team told you that they can come back next day morning (Saturday) and do the cleaning , however you told them it will be not possible to empty it by morning. In that situation knowing we were booked for other customers we said that we can't guarantee you time or coming back again tomorrow evening. We said if we are available in the evening we will come otherwise we will not be able to perform the job, as the situation was not created by us. it was you that the property was not ready. So i believe before blaming and saying we refused to do cleaning you should check did you stick to your time schedule. If Any of our customer expect us to come, start and finish the cleaning on time as per their schedule they should also support us by following given time schedules by them , making the property ready.. This what I Say when I am talking about timely responsiveness . You narrating the incident 8 months later , makes me think about the authenticity of the facts outlined here. I appreciated when you did the steam cleaning in timely manner and was giving a constructive feedback for you customer service for the other jobs. I don't want to advocate the facts here , but just wanted to mention that I had called Jim's Cleaning the same day. Not only did they apologise for not being able to provide any service on weekend because they were fully booked , but made a booking on Monday and did the job just fine. It was a little expensive , but I highly recommend you learning some customer service tips from the Jims Group or any other established business
Used Clean to Shine for an end of lease clean and they did not disappoint. Not only were they on time and professional, the place looked better than it ever did when we lived in it. I also appreciate how responsive they were to the request for quote and email questions. Would definitely recommend them.
