We decided to use this company based on other Womo reviews. Their price was reasonable and their website had accurate details on what the 'moving pack' covered. The cleaners arrived on time and work completed was tidy and clean for the most part. A couple of areas still had dust or hadn't been cleaned properly which we pointed out. One of the cleaners initially went on the defensive and said the stain couldn't be cleaned. The boss eventually cleaned it and other areas which we had pointed out. We could sense that the cleaners were a bit angsty that we were picking up areas that hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall, there were pretty decent value for money but there is room for improvement in the service delivered.

I used Cleantoshine for an end of lease clean. Their website has 'moving pack' options under 'get quote' that let you know exactly what you're getting. I chose a pack that included a carpet steam clean and Cleantoshine offered great value for money. I promptly booked them via email. They showed up on time on the day and cleaned the apartment flawlessly within a couple of hours. They were also very friendly. I got my bond back. Highly recommended.

We had to cancel another service provider after they'd done a terrible job cleaning our new apartment (abbreviation FCM - please avoid!) so arranged Jignesh on a Sunday at the very last minute. We booked an end of lease clean to be done the following day, which he managed to fit in without any issues. His team did an excellent job, they were extremely thorough and even managed to clean some of the areas which we hadn't identified as issues. They aslo steam cleaned the carpet as part of the package - this was also done to a high standard. All up $375, so comparatively very very good value too.

We booked Jignesh in for an end of lease clean when we moved house. He was very flexible about timing and the the price quoted was very reasonable.
