Write a reviewI purchased contact lens and - after trying on a pair - had issues. Contacted them and they quoted their 'policy' not to refund or exchange opened items. I wasted $75 on this purchase. If a policy is unreasonable or out of date it should be change, but they chose not to. Avoid and go to a supplier who prioritises good customer service over profits.
