I purchased contact lens and - after trying on a pair - had issues. Contacted them and they quoted their 'policy' not to refund or exchange opened items. I wasted $75 on this purchase. If a policy is unreasonable or out of date it should be change, but they chose not to. Avoid and go to a supplier who prioritises good customer service over profits.

Furniture I purchased was of average quality relative to price. However, I will NOT purchase from them again based on my most recent purchase and the calamitous customer support after they sent me an incorrect order. There were 13 email correspondence between me and T&W customer service before I got a refund, with often lengthy delay before the responded to me. I was also told I would be contacted by someone senior re: the issue, but this did not happen.
Rare that I take the time to leave reviews for anything, but Chris was fantastic. He provided a quote punctually, talked me through it and responded to any emails I had (and even to the people making the door). His workmanship was superb and the quote remained as was, even with a few unexpected hurdles along the way. A really honest and decent guy and I couldn't recommend him enough.
