I find they rush your car through quickly and don’t do a thorough clean. Last time they were renovating the floors so they didn’t give you a coffee (which is included in the price) either. Poor service

I got my car washed here yesterday and I was very disappointed. I paid for the $40 wash which includes a vacuum, exterior wash and wiping the dash down.
I got there at 5.45 and as they were closing at 6.30 they advised me their coffee machine was switched off and I could only have a tea (a coffee or tea is included in the car ways cost).
When I went to get my car, it wasn't cleaned properly and there was still a dirty mark on top of the drivers side roof, which I was told I need to scrub hard with hard water. Isn't that what I'm paying them for?
Also my car smelt like bad BO when i got in, and did not smell like it had deodoriser sprayed in it, as I had asked. I won't be returning

Good spot for a car wash and you can enjoy a coffee in the on-site cafe. I find the staff friendly and the coffee is good quality. It usually takes about 30 minutes all up!

Unfortunately this place has changed hands. It used to be great and I enjoyed the free coffee, tea or bottle of water as my car was being washed. They were efficient and friendly

It was much better before it changed owners. Disappointing now

I took my car to be washed here. I stayed on the premises in the cafe while my car was being washed. When I went back to my car there was a large dent on the passenger side of my car.

I raised it at the time with the person who handed the car over to me. After initially denying they caused the damage, I completed an incident report form and was told the manager would consult the CCTV footage follow it up with me.

This was over 4 weeks ago and I have made contact with them numerous times and have not made any progress in seeing the footage. I feel I have been handballed from person to person with no one taking responsibility for what has happened.

The damage to my car is over $1,000 worth (not a small incident) and I am now considering all of my options to recover the cost of the repair.

I did not have any issues with the actual car washing but their failure to resolve this issue is terrible and I would not want to recommend this business to anyone.

I had a similar experience with this car wash. I had been there on several occasions with no problems however after my car was washed in January 2014 it was parked against a wall so I couldn't see the passenger side. This is not the usual spot that I usually collected my car from previously so I should have been suspicious. Unfortunately I didn't notice the dent in the passenger door until I got home. After several weeks of trying to speak to someone about the dent I eventually got to meet with the manager. As this was several weeks later I could no longer view the CCTV footage and of course they denied that they dented the door. I had no choice but to give up as it was my word against theirs and it was obvious they wouldn't admit liability. Good luck with recovering your repair costs.

I thought I would give this place a go because my car was quite dirty as I'd driven it on a long distance trip. The $24 seemed reasonable for a hand-wash, vacuum, wax and tyre black.

When you walk into the cafe to pay for the wash it says on a big sign "Your car will be ready in 15 mins". I think I waited closer to 30 mins which is not too bad for these hand wash places but it's a bit misleading having a static sign saying 15 mins.

I never buy anything in the cafes at these places because it's always really overpriced so I just sat down and read the paper. You can also look through a window at your car going through the washing process, and I was suprised to see that most of the washing is down by water jets not be humans. When they called me to say my car was ready, I was very surprised to say the least that one side of the car had heaps of really obvious dirt still on it. This obviously because the car is not really hand "washed". It is machine washed and then hand-dried. I questioned them on it and a guy came running over with a bottle of spray and a towel. He did a few quick rubs and ran off. There was still heaps of very visible dirt so I said "what about the rest of it?". Anyway I had to literally stand there for 5 mins and point out every last bit of dirt. By this time the manager had realised what was happening and came over to see if I wanted it to be put through the washing process again. I said don't worry, because I didn't want to wait another 30 mins.

Approximate cost: $25
