A friend and I came for a pampering day and had a lovely time. Beauty therapists Rimpy and Madison were very professional but still relaxed and friendly enough to chat with us. We really enjoyed both their services and their company. We were so relaxed driving home again that it was almost dangerous!

I have now been to Cleopatra's twice and each time has been a wonderful experience! I went with my teen daughter and we both had a full body massage - I had the scarab (hot) stone massage and she had the general swedish massage. The staff were very friendly and caring and we were both extremely happy with the service they provided. I have recommended it to my friends and am booked in for another massage in a few weeks :) Cleopatra's is a great place to go for a little relaxation and pampering!

My full body massage lasted 50 min instead 1 hour, also they trying to sell overpriced products after .Remedial full body massage too expensive.
Average and overpriced

I have my waxing done here and it's fantastic every time. Quick, easy, relaxing (well as relaxing as possible). I have also been getting pregnancy massages and they have been beautiful. This is a very elegant day spa & the staff are lovely and polite. I always feel at ease

Not overly impressed. We paid for a one hour mud massage and thought that would mean the massage went for one hour but it only went for 30 minutes. The other 30 minutes was taken up with waiting and a squishy hot bath.

My daughter and I went for the mother daughter package here which included a milk bath, facial,and massage,the relaxing bath was nice although i thought we would be in 2 baths, side by side,rather than in one together,as it wasnt quite big enough for us both to get comfortable in,also the snacks provided weren't very appetizing.The facial and full body massage were really relaxing and were performed very discreetly.Overall I think it was a little bit overpriced for the services provided and the amount of time we got to spend there.

I thought this place was a bit expensive and a bit to busy for the eye. I like a nice relaxing place but you walk in and there is to much stimulation. It is nice but not really for me. There are cheaper places out there if you shop around, all being said the quality is quite good, staff reasonably friendly.

This place is very nice and relaxing. The staff in general are very nice but there was a staff member there who wasn't as nice (although maybe it was just a bad day?). i got my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job, I was very impressed and now I keep going back. Their wedding packages are great as well

Received a gift voucher from friends who obviously have good taste! Fantastic decor and atmosphere. Had a wonderful experience with a half body massage and deluxe pedicure but they do so much more! Friendly and professional service by everyone. Thanks for making my week! I will be back.
