Had terrible trouble with Climat when it came to a warranty on Installation. The drain pipe on our Ducted Reverse Cycle was blocked, so water was draining into the "Emergency Drip Tray" under the unit BUT it was installed on an angle and the water was running away from the end that had the back up drainage pipe. Climat wouldn't hear of it as we were not the original owners, so the warranty didn't transfer to us (house and complete system were only 2 years old, we bought from the developer!?! that's hardly the 2nd owners!!), they did nothing to fix it. We only were made aware when the ceiling collapsed! Was an Insurance fix, new ceiling, carpet and underlay. Also had the system replaced by a more reputable company with a quality Daikin System over the "Builders Choice" that Climat had sold the Developer.

We have been loving our reverse cycle especially with all these frosty mornings, press a button and within minutes we are cosy and warm or nice and cool in summer. We did have a slight issue with our zone touch screen, I gave them a call and they came out and replaced it. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
Wow! My husband and I are so impressed with these guys. Their Rep Ashley came to our house with his quote for a Daikin ducted reverse cycle air conditioner and explained absolutely everything, certainly value for money. We paid the $1000 deposit and about a week later the guys came out for the install. Five guys arrived and were here for most of the day (it was a big job) but there was really no interruptions to my day, I barely knew they were here. Everyone was very professional and extremely friendly, we are very happy with their work and our new system.
With such strange weather we have been experiencing we have been able to test out the cooling and heating and I can not express how happy we are with it. We will not be panicking when we reach 40 degrees as we will be nice and cool and no more uncomfortable nights. We paid $10,000 with 7 years warranty and will say it is worth every cent.
I highly recommend these guys they have been fabulous.
