Ian our tech was excellent. Gave us timely advice too on a fault in another system we have. We can now fix it, avoiding a risk we might otherwise have faced. That sort of peace of mind is worth its weight in gold

We had our heating serviced and were pleased with the result. We received a text message the day before with an ETA for the next day. The technician (Ian) was on time, polite, professional and friendly. The service was quick and efficient and we even got some helpful tips for running the system in the future. We will use them again.
