THe best store ever, good deals and very friedly staff they offered me good deals and they are compromising o prices too

Tried to purchase a laptop from this store. Ordered in mid May, 3 weeks later still waiting for a order that was supposed to come in within 5 days. Rang the store to find that the laptop was sitting in the warehouse, but it's the wrong one!. Rang manager who tried to sell me another brand (less powerful speed etc) and claimed this was a better offer!. Poor customer service and listening to the customers needs. Shame on you Clive Peeters, I can understand now why your company is in voluntary reduntantcy!

The service is second to none bought a huge lcd tv in the xmas sales the price was already reduced and the guy serving bought the price down for us even more and gave us an honest opinion of the product and the manufacturer.

Over the years I have bought many computers, plus air conditioner's, TVs, fridges and washing machines from this electrical retailer. The prices are competitive but the service is amazing. Especially Glen the computer guy who will actually tell you if a cheaper product is better than the more expensive one. I have never had the sales person call me after I have bought something. However at this retailer they do this everytime and if there is a problem they fix it and dont just pass the buck
