After a catastrophic experience with Gutter Vac last Saturday we called an Emergency Plumber. Thank goodness Phil arrived within the 1 hour time frame given, fixed the problem and also put a hole in the ceiling for us to drain water out before the ceiling collapsed. So helfpul, so competent cannot recommend this service enough

I have used Frank on several occasions, in an industry where sometimes the truth is not always spoken Frank is the exception to the rule. Very helpful, knowledgeable and truthful. I am always time poor and Frank even came to my office with paperwork. When my daughter was buying her first house Frank came and gave advice.

The food is still very nice but not quite as good as the Sono in the City. The service is slow, so slow. But maybe we were there on a bad night. I will probably not go back just based on the service but will continue to go to Sono in the City

At a time when health professionals are criticized it is such a pleasure to attend this medical centre. Welcoming and competent reception staff, Doctors who are friendly and take the time needed to actually talk to patients and to follow up. I cannot recommend this medical centre highly enough

Called this Plumber form the local newspaper as we needed or so we thought some washers changed in taps. His ad said $77.00 for 4 taps. We had 6 so I left $180.00 with my daughter. Ondre rang me at work told me we need 12 new taps at $139.00 per tap. I said no he went into a sales speil about shanks then. Ended up costing me $650.00. I will never use this man again

Used to go to another very expensive hairdresser in this centre. After a few really bad experiences I went to Sublime. Great cut, excellent colour and really good service. Excellent massage chairs while you are at the basin. Excellent coffee and they dont hound you to buy products. All in all a great find

Over the years I have bought many computers, plus air conditioner's, TVs, fridges and washing machines from this electrical retailer. The prices are competitive but the service is amazing. Especially Glen the computer guy who will actually tell you if a cheaper product is better than the more expensive one. I have never had the sales person call me after I have bought something. However at this retailer they do this everytime and if there is a problem they fix it and dont just pass the buck

We had been there three times before and it was great, however on the next 2 visits it was appalling. It was as if they had some success and stopped trying. The food was mediocre, the service dreadful had to ask for cutlery and waited 15 minutes for that to come. Waited 45 minutes for an entree and over an hour for the main. When I eventually complained as I had an international flight to catch it was shrugged off with; "thats a standard". No it is not the standard even in a fine dining Establishment.
