nice please to relax with a drink or two on Sunday afternoon. Food is not too bad, it could be a little cheaper but it is still reasonable. Service is ok too but not outstanding

I have never had a meal here but have tried the snacks and found everything to be delicious. The bar is very nice and it's lovely sitting out on the balcony having a cocktail or glass of wine. Very pleasant bar to visit.

Love, love, love coming to the Clock Hotel. I have been here for many birthday drinks, and it is a really trendy place to hang out at. The upstairs section is really classy and if you get there early enough, seating should not be a problem. I also enjoy having drinks and food downstairs before sporting events at Moore Park. The Clock Hotel is walking distance to the stadium. Pricing is more on the expensive side, but i still like coming.

What I don't like is the fact that the good Scotch is found upstairs. So everytime I want to have a decent drink I have to hike upstairs and then walk all the way down to sit with my friends. Sure it's not too bad if you get a seat upstairs, but reading the other reviewers, you can tell this place gets packed and easier said then done. Not to mention that it's a bit harder after your 5th drink.

Can't comment on the food as I usually eat in the many nearby restaurants (stay away from the tourist traps which are Kylie Kwong and Marque, only pretentious people who put name before food eat at these places - yes speaking from experience (see my other reviews))

Definitely packs out - especially on Friday nights and often before a sporting event at the SFS or SCG. Not in the direct line from the train station to the grounds, but the pub is good enough to de-tour for those in the know.

Drink prices fall into the above average, but for an above average pub, that's fair enough. I personally wouldn't come here to watch sport, as though there are a lot of tvs around, there are also plenty of 'dead zones'. Much better for couples to hide-out in these spots, then to sit down and watch sport.

Give this place a go, if nearby

Great pub / bar friendly staff is fun on a saturday night . Good if you have a birthday as you can rent areas out . Also nice for a cider on a sunny day

The bottom bar is usually packed, but great for a group of friends for a meeting spot before dinner on crown street. Service is always prompt, yet the wine selection is average for middle market pricing.

Nice place to meet with friends for a drink. Is often really busy.
Modern and done up decor. Food is pretty good.

Nice and modern. The food is pretty nice considering it is pub food does however take some time to be delivered and sometimes you have to remind them its been 20 minutes or so.

Approximate cost: $15-20

Drinks, poker machines, pool tables and dining experience. On Tuesday you can get 2 for 1 mains and Happy Hour cocktails for $9 each which are fantastic!

Approximate cost: $16
