Food was absolutely delectable. All meals were so fresh, quality was bliss. All the staff were friendly and approachable. Myself and family were all impressed. Will definitely be going back.

I love the food and the service here it is amazing. I cannot believe how delicious the honey prawn salad was and the wait staff were so friendly. My one concern is although this is posted as a family friendly establishment the bar is awfully close to the dining area and there were two incidents where an intoxicated person stumbled through and made their presence known which caused an upset at more then one table. Staff however were quick to act and redirect the stumbler and major crisis was averted.

Always get a very big and yummy meal for decent amount, sometimes it's too much food, everyone is polite and very friendly. They have a very good surf and turf, containing prawns, fish, calamari! It's great, love going there when my partner and I have a date night.

My partner and I have been trying to try all the restaurants in and around town lately, as a way to get out, we hadn't been to the Clocktower since it'd been redone;
I'm glad we went, I had the seafood platter, so great. He had the Surf and Turf, he loved it. Both of us couldn't finish our meals, they're very decent sized for the price. From the places we have tried so far, we will more than likely go back there.
Had good service, it does get pretty busy so it can be loud, we sat outside, we were the only ones outside and every 15 minutes or so, we would have a different employee coming and asking if we were okay and if we wanted the heaters on.
I'd say that's super customer service. :)

The service was brilliant for me as i am a Coeliac & must have Gluten Free meals & they were marked on the board but when i verified it all with the staff - it wasn't too much trouble for them - they seemed to understand that by eating the wrong food could kill me. The service from order to table for the food to arrive was great & then the food OMG - i rarely eat Fish due to an allergy but i tempted fate this day. I can tell you the fish & chips i had was so yummy. I would say to you that if you don't go - then boy are you missing a great meal & nicely priced too.

Had an amazing Gluten Free meal there - more places are getting the hint that there are Coeliac people out there who need a "SAFE" place to eat. My thanks to them for providing my safe meal as it was delicious. Their Gluten Free cakes are very good too. A good place to come after the movies for a cuppa & cake.

Beautifully re-furbished (inside and out) and the food is awesome at a very good price. I have dined here twice for lunch (with others) on my way through Grafton. Possibly the best place to eat in the area. But why oh why did you have to change the recipe for your veggie burgers? The first one I had was the best I've ever had, anywhere. Full of flavour with coriander, curry and a nuttiness about it. Second time I got a plain pumpkin based pattie with a few corn kernels through it. Lacked flavour compared to the other. Either way, great value for money. These people are on to a business which I am sure will go from strength to strength.

Every meal I have had there has been perfect, they don't mess up your order, food is served in a decent time even when busy, they have a good range of dishes to chose from. They have nice coffee and decadent desserts, colouring pages and pencils for the kids, tables or lounge areas to sit, you can dine inside or outside. You can take your meal in the gaming area if you so wish. Water is available for you to serve yourself at the bar and it's cold :) Have to mention this though it may sound strange, I love the toilets, they are very clean and very modern, hall way access to them is roomy, no squeezing past the person leaving so to you can use the bathrooms.
