I used this "service" a while ago now. They were 2 hours late and charged me 25% more than their quoted price and would not supply a receipt when finished. I was told that the office would send through a receipt. I contacted the office to ensure a receipt was issued. After telling them what had happened, they promised a refund of the overcharging difference and ensured me that a cheque and receipt would be mailed out. It is now many months on and I am still waiting. I have contacted the company several times to be given nothing but empty promises and straight out lies. Beware anyone who is thinking of using this service. They charged $430 to move the furniture only of my elderly mother and myself 3 townhouses up in the same complex.

The worst experience ever!!!
The manager called me all the four letter words he knew ( and he knew them all). He threatened to take my belongings back to the Central Coast, unload them, and then "smash them all himself"!!
I wish to follow up with a complaint to the governing authority of Furniture Removalists.
Don't give them your business!! They charged me hundreds extra before agreeing to unload my belongings at the end destination! They then left more than 25 boxes outside of the house and wouldn't carry them inside.
The service and mannerisms were amazingly DISGUSTING.
PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE OR TRUST PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU OR YOUR POSSESSIONS
