I cannot comment on the quality or value here but the customer service is really poor. I ordered replacement filters for my aquarium from them online as it stated on their site that they had them in stock, whilst other companies stated they were out of stock. They also promote how quick their delivery is (metro melbourne). After 8 days, I had heard nothing from them so I sent them an email. Only then did they respond to tell me they did not have the filters in stock at all. Won't be shopping here again.

The young bloke Jordan went above and beyond to have my 10 year old daughter leave with the fish she has been working hard for cycling tank for 4 weeks with many visits and every time the staff have spent time talking and teaching her along the way.

Steve is the main person for any livestock information and upcoming stock if you wanna know
And if you want a real down to earth guy to speak to and share knowledge George is ypur guy
I can spend all day just talking to him about something relates to aquarium and he will tell u everything he knows and on top he is a great entertainer and fun guy
The best customer service from him I've ever had compare to any other shops and staffs that I've dealt with
I would definitely put a 5 star but one thing that held me back is the aquarium price are a bit over the top to me
But overall I definitely recommend for you to go there and if you do end up buying over $100 or more u can always ask politely to Greg if he can give u a special deal

DO NOT PURCHASE FIGHTER FISH FROM HERE
Went in on Monday 24 August purchased a Fighter Fish. Waited for someone to serve me. got a number still no service. i ended up approaching them. Then i told him I've never owned a fish before so please tell me everything i need to know and what i need as this is for a birthday gift.
Purchased a beautiful blue fighter for 30.00, a heater, food, water stuff etc..
Took "Bob" home did everything i was advised, followed all the instructions. Last night "bob" died took him back to the shop and they tested the water, advised we did everything right. They stated that "we have over 100 fighters out the back and at least half of them will die".. but yet they will still sell them to the public. Worse place ever. So rude
Also we looked at the fighters that were still available and 2 of them were sitting there dead.

These people know just about everything fish and reptile. They have a huge selection of fish to choose from and they come with a health guarantee. They also have a wealth of products and advice to keep my fish alive and healthy.

I have been to this aquarium a few times and found the customer service great. With a really large variety of products for not only fish (including reptiles) I spent hours in here looking at all the goodies. I bought plants here for my fish tank however I mustn't of planted them correctly as they kept floating up to the top. I also bought a fish from here which was in great health. You can see they really look after their fish and makes sure you know about the fish you are purchasing. The light and driftwood I bought for my tank were of great value also. Beats any pet store hands down

Complete one stop shop for all aquarium needs. Loads of equipment, fish stock (freshwater & marine). Large selection of plants and aquascaping. Decent coldwater section. Amazing tanks on display. I agree though that their service could be better, some of the guys in the back can seem a little unapproachable at times.

I used to be a regular here for approx 6 years and received Great service.
I then had a death problem with a bulk lot of fish and they did not want to know about it. Another person was in line if front of me with the same problem and was also treated badly.
They have little customer loyalty/trust.
I will no longer shop there, I expect to have problems rectified without a fuss and without being treated badly.
