Poor customer service. Need to improve their customer service skills. l only recommend people to use the gym more than the pool because the swimming pool is not the best at all.

The swimming lessons have been cancelled often at last minute. The center has lost many excellent instructors during covid. One of the current instructors tends to start 5mins late and finish 5mins early. In another word, she only teaches 20mins for 30 min session.

Customer service has gone down dramatically. It might be ok to go for a swim casually. But DO NOT join the membership and give them your bank details! If you do, they will still charge you after you officially notify them by phone or email. Quite a few locals had similar experience. Some of them have been waiting for months, yet to resolve the problem.

Dirty needs major cleaning, overpriced and greedy, just yuk and change over of staff is ridiculous.

Given that it's pretty handy to me and good prices - it'll do. But staff as a rule are pretty unfriendly and unhelpful, and the facilities are fairly average. It is pretty rare to find a quiet time for lane swimming - why are there so many swimming classes at every hour of the day?

As said in these reviews, If i had kids, i wouldn't be letting them swim in the childrens pool! Good if you go on the weekend, as sometimes i used to see some footy teams play footy, as the ground and the pool are like connected! Customer care is ok, could be better, and there canteen i didnt like very much!

I was a member of this gym for a little over a year. I found some of the staff better than others- my assessor was great and able to put me at ease and show me how to exercise correctly. I also enjoyed the fitball class which was in what is now the spin room. However, I find the class sizes too large and the instructors more interested in their clients that attended weekly rather than new people. The classes were also not geared adequately towards beginners and the timetable seemed to be constantly changing or under review. Fitball was cancelled at there is a focus on Les Mills classes rather than letting instructors develop their own classes and styles.

Having now tried different gyms, I can see that class instructors did not go 'above and beyond' to make you feel comfortable or to motivate you- it was a sort of 'take-away' facility whereas I prefer a much more 'community-minded, personable' sort of gym.
I do like the adults swimming pool and spa and their lockers. I have always found this leisure center to be good value and never had to wait long to sign in or ask a question at reception.

The pool here really is terribly. It feels as if you are swimming in pee. The childrens pool is yellow and very unhygienic and I clearly don't know how it's still in business. On a lighter note the gym is nice and modern alough they should make it bigger. Perhaps knock the pools down and just make it a big gym.

I hate chlorine pools so that is already bad. prices have gone up a lot since i used to go there. Not very good customer service. And parties there are not great. wouldn't recommend.

The customer service here it is terrible I has a yearly membership and had 2 months left I was in a wheelchair from hurting my back so they said you only need a medical certificate i gave that to them next minute i know they sent it to the debt collector I was black listed and charged 500 when I only had 80 left this gym wil do anything to charge you more I am appauled I have taken them to consumer affairs
