Cockles Cafe is a great place for breakfast or picking up pizza on your way home from a big day out in Victor. I always enjoy their traditional pizza, just enough toppings and perfect base. They are priced a bit high, but I do enjoy them and are therefore willing to pay a higher price than usual. Plenty of seating if you wish to dine in, staff are always pleasant.

A very nice cafe, great for breakfast or delicious pizzas and burgers for lunch. Found our breakfast servings to be rather small on our most recent visit, a bit disappointing, we were still hungry when we left. Besides that, the food really is quite good. Service is slow at times. We will return.

Stopped at this cafe for the first time and found it very pleasant. Plenty of seating inside and out and a good menu was available. We were only here for coffee and sat outside and enjoyed it while watching the world go by. Think it would be nice to have a meal here another time.

Such a welcoming cafe, we knew we had to take our family here. Plenty of comfortable seating, fabulous menu and delicious food. Their Prawn Star pizza is to die for as well as Bring Home The Bacon - interesting names for pizzas but they are soooo good. They also offer burgers, chips, fish, salads etc... We found the prices were great considering how well presented everything was and also how delicious. The staff were very welcoming and attentive,. Another enjoyable day out with family!

Enjoyed a great breakfast here recently whist having a meeting with work colleagues. While The Big Breakfast certainly looked appetising, I felt it was too much to deal with during a meeting so I opted for the eggs benedict, as did my colleagues, I ordered it with salmon and the others ham. Was delicious and our coffee was perfect, not to mention the staff. I think we will be having a few more meetings here in the near future.

My girlfriend and I took a nice drive out to Port Elliot and had a really nice lunch here recently. Service was great and my salt & pepper calamari was fabulous, my girlfriend enjoyed her proscuitto wrapped chicken. We will have to return for breakfast one day as we did like the look of the menu.

I have to say the prices are a bit high for the serving size we received. Otherwise, a nice cafe with friendly staff and tasty meals.

Great atmosphere at this lovely little cafe. We sat inside as quite a few of the outside tables were wet after the previous night's rain. Good coffee and yummy breakfast; would be great to see more vegan options. Long wait for those who were ordering takeaway coffee.

Approximate cost: $17

A little expensive, but otherwise a nice cafe.

We had Sunday breakfast here at this cafe whilst holidaying in the region. We chose this place as it was well presented with table seating inside and outside.

Both hubby and I opted for cooked brekkie, a real treat for weekends!

I ordered Cockles Breakfast which had two eggs (I chose mine poached), smoked bacon, chicken sausage, homemade relish and thick cut multigrain toast.

Yes it was delicious to eat and very filling. Bacon was cooked a little too crispy for my personal liking but it had a lovely flavour to it.

Our skinny lattes was just perfect to drink as it was not overly strong and served at right temperature.

In my opinion, breakfast prices are little expensive ranging about $13 to $18 per meal. But it can be justified as the quality of the food is divine, fresh and well presented.

However it is noted on the menu that there are no variations to the breakfast menu during busy times, which is fair enough from the point of view of the kitchen staff.

This cafe was bustling with diners and staff were very organized in making sure everyone was attended to.

Staff are friendly and very obliging to get a high chair for our lil bub!

Note to parents - yes there is a baby change table available in the toilets which is something very handy for us parents!

Overall, lovely cafe, will be happy to go back again!
