Staff are professional and impeccably presented. The salon is immaculate. The service is of a very high standard. There was no fuss or ego. I find some salons are loud and shallow or fake. Cocomousse immediately had an air of calm and peacefulness, it certainly put me at ease.
I recommend visiting their website to read the description of each stylist, it's impressive. This is a well run business where hairdressing is in the family line. The award-winning staff have a mature and genuine attitude and I knew right away I could trust them.
Chandre made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to take care of my special needs. She fixed the mistakes made by a previous hairdresser at a different salon. I walked out feeling relieved. I did a lot of research on salons across the Gold Coast before choosing Cocomousse and I was not disappointed. I am happy to recommend Cocomousse and I will definitely return.

This business sponsored the inaugural charity fundraiser of Bond Medical Students (Make a Difference) which is committed to global health held at Palazzo Versace last weekend. I was lucky enough to win a root colour, cut and blowdry. In contrast to my past experience when winning prizes which are service related and the business is not particularly committed to quality, this business was superb. Lovely atmosphere, very pleasant staff, good team work and seamless transition between the services. If I need a hairdresser on the Gold Coast these guys will be my first port of call. I cannot make a comment on value.

Do great haircuts although a bit pricey. Whats good here though is that for $10 they do fringe cuts so everytime it grows out you can get a fringe cut without having to get a haircut which is a great idea and really useful when you want to go out on a saturday night and look a bit different!
