Staff are professional and impeccably presented. The salon is immaculate. The service is of a very high standard. There was no fuss or ego. I find some salons are loud and shallow or fake. Cocomousse immediately had an air of calm and peacefulness, it certainly put me at ease.
I recommend visiting their website to read the description of each stylist, it's impressive. This is a well run business where hairdressing is in the family line. The award-winning staff have a mature and genuine attitude and I knew right away I could trust them.
Chandre made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to take care of my special needs. She fixed the mistakes made by a previous hairdresser at a different salon. I walked out feeling relieved. I did a lot of research on salons across the Gold Coast before choosing Cocomousse and I was not disappointed.
