Have been a customer of every owner of this business since the year dot.The current owner and his staff leave a lot to be desired in the service and civility department. Not going back!!

As you can see by my previous ratings i usually rate quite well of my local businesses but i have to let you know that this newsagent rates as the worst business i have ever dealt with.I entered this newsagent some weeks ago and asked politely for my weekly lotto and paper and was in total shock when the young lady serving me failed to smile or even look at me.There was no acknowledgment at all that i was even there.After leaving with my own thoughts about the service i just encountered I thought to myself that no one could honestly be in that type of a customer service role and be like that all the time.So Two weeks later after thinking to myself that the poor girl must of just been having a bad day i decided to go and grab my lotto from this shop again.Well i am still in shock as i write this today.This time I was totally ignored and made feel unwelcome and when my change was given to me it was actually thrown across the counter spilling onto the floor with no apology given. I just can`t believe how rude of a person this woman is.Not wanting to accept that this person is just a rude shop assistant i asked my mother to frequent the shop a day or two later to see if she was treated any better.As i thought this lady just might of had an issue with me for some unknown reason.After mum visited this shop a different woman served her and she was in shock as well after being treated rudely and made to feel unwelcome and once again no smile or hello or even a thank you.So one last attempt to see if these people are even human i sent around two days later my elderly friend who is 75 years old.Now you would think anyone would be nice to an elderly woman but these rude people were amazing they ignored my elderly friend serving 4 people in front of her and making her feel unwelcome with no greeting , smile or thank you. How you people are still in business is beyond me.Never again will you take up any of my time or anyone that i knows time for that matter.The rudest newsagent in Coffs Harbour....ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL......(You should not be able to hold a license) .....
