The business name doesn't do them complete justice. Alex provides an excellent key cutting service as an adjunct to the shoe repairs. I recently lost the spare key to my home. Being an old home with obscure locks , I like to have a back up.Alex went to no end of trouble to locate the correct blank , now I have my "safety net" key complete with new key ring for just a few bucks.
Approximate cost: $under $10.00
My gas cook top developed a potentially dangerous leak.Phoned Coffs Gas , even though I live out of town , two service guys arrived in less than two hours of my call. The unit needed to go to their workshop for repair .Only about three hours later the guys were back at my home to re install the unit.Same day service for a country job , couldn't ask for more.Well done!!
Must be more than twelve months ago , Greg fixed the blinkers in my car at a very reasonable price. Just last week the same problem occurred , coincidentally just on closing time again. The faulty part was quickly replaced, and best of all , the job was considered 'warranty' and completed at no charge to me.Top job!!

Tom always has top quality local fruit and veges at the best prices.Great for families and those of us on limited income.Tom and his staff provide prompt and friendly service, often with a bonus "one for luck" addition to the purchase.
On July 4 , I purchased some pyjamas (on special ) that came apart after one wearing. No fault of the store , simply quality control at manufacture. Without question , and with a friendly smile , the goods were exchanged on the spot , and the new PJs checked for the same fault before I left the store. Top job !!
Approximate cost: $10.50
Friday afternoon , just on closing time and about to leave for Queensland. The indicators in my car decided to stay locked on right turn .The genuine part required was not available on short notice , but with a little "jiggery pokery" and a lot of skill from Greg , plus only twenty bucks, I was underway. Still operating by the way!
Approximate cost: $20.00
Restoring a classic car , needed hydraulic hoses which are long , long out of date. Glenn Wright to the rescue.By salvaging the obscure hose ends Glenn was able to supply every hose as good as the originals.
Approximate cost: $60.00
My tractor mounted finishing mower deck rusted away at the spindle mounts. a replacement part from the manufacturer was over $1000.00 From drawings I supplied , Barney folded a new deck from much heavier material than the original , for less than a third of the price.Still going strong! Top job.
Am restoring a classic car and purchased a new headlining from a supposed expert , but it did not fit. Took the whole shebang to Paul who sourced the original pattern and colour material to remake the whole thing. The whole job completed for little more than the cost of the "dodgy" liner.
Recently I had an old angle drive box with a broken input shaft. Manufacturers parts no longer available.Tom machined a replacement shaft in a short space of time , good as new and saved replacing the whole unit.
