We have had my mum's stuff in storage here for a few years. They are terrible with communication but when we have stopped in to get stuff or change what is in storage they are nice enough

Terrible communication. The service seems reasonable but it is worrying having stuff in storage here when they don't answer your calls

My daughter and her partner have goods from deceased mother in law stored here. Have had trouble communicating with them as they do not return calls. Have gone down there pesonally and both times they assured me that they would ring my daughter back to no result. Finally contacted them and they had goods removed to another storage facility

We had Coffs Harbour removals relocate us from Coffs Harbour to Melbourne. Service was APPALLING from start to end. They did not do their job properly at any stage of our move and were completely unprofessional, they also threatened us and held our goods for ransom on delivery. Extortion!! We lodged a formal complaint with the Australian Furniture Removals Association and NSW Fair Trading as a result. Thank god we had insurance for the items that were damaged. I would not recommend this business to anyone EVER.
