So caring and gentle with my nervous dog. Even the reception staff are so kind and friendly. Every nervous animal gets a bandana sprayed with Adaptil to help calm them. The practice seems to have all the required equipment and is always spotlessly clean. This is the only practice I’ve known that has a fund to allow them to treat injured strays, wildlife or other needy animals. Cant recommend them highly enough

They have looked after four cats for me with great professionalism. They care about me as well as my fur-balls and are practical and reasonable in their pricing, highly recommended.

My personal experience, CHVH, Hands down the most caring and friendly veterinary practise in Coffs Harbour. I would highly recommend CHVH, to look after and treat your fur babies. The "whole team" are fantastic people.

I called the emergency vet at 3am and it was Vicky from CHVH. She was very calm on the phone, she met me in the vet hospital within 20 minutes and she did a very thorough job examining my dog, explaining what was wrong with him and the treatment required. He was in the hospital for 2 days and nights. The staff were very helpful each time I called, everyone knew about my case and was informed and they took excellent care of my dog. I was really happy with the treatment, the customer service and the knowledge of everyone at CHVH. I would highly recommend them for all veterinary pet needs. Thank you Vicky and team!!!!

Susie my dachshund was attack by another dog on Christmas Day. we went to the Coffs Harbour Veterinary Hospital. Vicki was just amazing. Everyone in the Hospital was amazing, caring and very helpful. It is a great place if your pet needs help.

NOT HAPPY
I was quoted a price on diagnosis of the problem with my dog. After booking in for the operation we arrived and was given a new increased price. We questioned the new price and was told could we prove we were quoted the first price. YES we could we had it written down. I was then called during the surgery telling me the dog needed a tooth pulled and it would cost up to $2-3 hundred dollars more. When picking up my dog they tell me that two of his front teeth just fell out. No explanation just "oh they were loose and fell out"
Not a good experience at all. BE WARNED. Not good
spoke to management and had no better outcome.....

Moved to Coffs Veterinary Hospital a bit over a year ago. Blair, Vicki and nurses are just amazing. So caring, knowledgable and empathetic.

Great service and they do care about their customers and there pets.Have been with them for many years and will be with them for many more.You can phone for advice if you have a problem and they are more than willing to help.

The vet I saw was called Vicky and she was very calming with my dog Casey. Casey gets very anxious and hard to deal with. Also Vicky found the solution for stopping my dog from chewing his paws.

Love this vet. Very thorough but doesn't jump the gun and really takes the time to know my cats. The people who answer the phones know who you are and what your pet is and nothing seems too much trouble. Both vets are very compassionate and really know their stuff.

In a nutshell ; staff that treat your pet as one of their own; compassionate, affordable, expert care and advice. We've taken all our dogs there and can't speak highly enough of the vets and the nurses.

I've taken all my dogs to CHVH and they provide very practical and caring advice. They are especially sensitive when we had to euthanize my big beautiful Darcy. Dallas has had a few skin issues and we've spent a fair bit of time their, but she is happy to go because she gets such great care and cuddles from the lovely nurses.

I used Coffs Harbour Veterinary Hospital when our Ferret went limp and was having trouble using his back legs. The vet nurse was great with him (even though she admitted to be a little afraid of ferrets) and checked him all over very well b4 giving him an injection to help him. We took him home that night and by the next morning he was back to his normal self. The staff were very caring and friendly and great to deal with.

Tell all my friends about CHVH. The care and compassion shown by the Vets and staff is amazing. My Zoe and Ruby love going to the clinic, the entire staff make them feel part of a big family. Very professional and proud of their work.

We recently had out dog desexed at the Coffs Harbour Veterinary Hospital. I was impressed with the staff. They are real animal people. When I picked up our little foxy, she was happy and obviously well cared for, and the staff were very friendly and help full with after surgery care information.
