Time for a refurb, I think. The store itself is looking a little worse for wear and as such, there doesn't seem to be a great deal of pride in it. Parking is ok but a bit crowded. It's hard to navigate the trolleys on the outside of the store given the slight slope of the carpark and the limited number of trolley ramps.

Once you're parked here though there are a few other businesses around including CBA, doctors, chemist, bakery, discount shop, newsagent, etc.

Nothing special. Good for a quick pickup of essentials.

the staff was helpful but busy shows it is a popular store. the location is central and plenty of parking

One of my favorite coles to shop at the clerks were nice and extremely helpful to me and my mother , also its close to home so its great . i would most defiantly visit again , very good shopping experience .

All employees was very help full and very friendly to customers, and all goods was placed very neatly and tidy, customer will like to visit again to the store

A good example of a standard coles store. All empoyees appeared neat and tidy and were able to help me find products. The location is handy for me to get to being on a main road.

i don't mind this Cole's they seem to be neat with there uniforms. also with most others you normally see the workers mucking around but no not hear and also the prices are good

Coles levels of service and ease of product search has diminished greatly. This used to be my primary shopping place - it has great easy car parking, but it is too difficult to find the products. The last 3 times I went, a number of the items were very close to (in one case past) use by date. Staff were not pertubed when this was pointed out. Coles has now gone from being my one and only shopping point to my desperate only shopping point. They have columns in front of product shelving - impossible to get 2 trolleys past at these points.

I do not enjoy shopping here any more. Some time ago the shop was revamped and everything was moved around so that it is hard to find. I have started shopping elsewhere more and more frequently. Service is very poor, particularly in the deli.

I like shopping here cos the food prices are good and reasonable compared to other big supermarkets in the vicinity. The place is a bit old and a refurbishment in my opinion will sure pull in more customers.
