Ok, let's address the most important issue first:
I am now avoiding this service station as much as I possibly can and am now using other local stations until this issue is addressed, even if it means paying more for my petrol.
I am ALWAYS HOUNDED when I walk up to the counter about purchasing some stupid chewing gum or anything else they have on offer in front of you. This is of course after all the normal frustrating questions about Fly Buys and discount vouchers.
And for some STUPID reason, the cashiers ALWAYS decide to ask this AS I AM ENTERING IN MY ACCOUNT DETAILS OR AS THEY ARE GETTING CHANGE.....the WORST possible time to ask a customer if they want anything else! I even got asked one day as I was entering in my PIN...WTF?!?!

So apart from this terrible customer service issue, here is what I think of the rest of the station:
This particular service station has recently opened in place of the old Mobil. It has a very fresh, inviting appearance and aside from the above I would ALWAYS get my petrol from there. Prices are competitive with the 4 other stations.
The bowser layout is not as good as Mobil's when it comes to entering off Glenroy Rd, however this isn't too much of an issue unless it becomes a little busy.
