The team at G Herz & Son have provided excellent service and fair prices since I began using them last month.
Not only do they have their own weighbridge, but are also more than happy to buy back any metal below one tonne, which is not easy to find and is very convenient for the industry I work in.
I will definitely be a regular client of G Herz & Son!

Steve came out to check our heating service as it had stopped working. He arrived promptly and was extremely friendly - something you don't normally find with home services these days.
He immediately checked the unit and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. I was also amazed at the length he went to in order to determine what was causing the fault.

Steve even checked the air conditioning unit and provided some great advice on how to keep it working when it stops.

I was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service and will definitely be recommending him to others who need this kind of service!

The bottle of water was brought out to us and unlike most restaurants these days, the waitress poured our drinks which was very nice for a change!
She was very helpful in choosing a course from the menu and all food was brought out quickly.
You could tell the meals were prepared with care and the food was absolutely delicious!!
Dessert was ordered and we were even given two complimentary glasses of port with our chocolate mousse.

In summary, a WONDERFUL dining experience which has made this restaurant one of my favourites and I will definitely be coming back :D

Had some polo shirts ordered in for a work uniform. I had the company logo put on the front of the shirt.
The staff were very friendly and were happy to assist with any inquiries I had regarding my order. Artwork was completed promptly and within a few days the shirts were ready to be picked up.
I will be using this store for any future orders I need to place and was satisfied with the overall service of EmbroidMe :)

A family favourite ever since I was a kid.
Al's provide quality Italian food, dine in or take-away. Lasagne is always top notch with at least 10 layers of pasta and they offer a deal with a free can of soft drink. Garlic bread isn't usually soft and probably isn't my favourite compared to other restaurants but that's not a big deal to me.

Staff are quite friendly and are happy to cater for your requirements. Restaurant is nice to dine in.
Definitely a customer who will come back for more!

All I can say is that I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with every aspect of this business, from service, value and cleanliness.

I frequently order meals from them and food quality is top notch!

Ok, let's address the most important issue first:
I am now avoiding this service station as much as I possibly can and am now using other local stations until this issue is addressed, even if it means paying more for my petrol.
I am ALWAYS HOUNDED when I walk up to the counter about purchasing some stupid chewing gum or anything else they have on offer in front of you. This is of course after all the normal frustrating questions about Fly Buys and discount vouchers.
And for some STUPID reason, the cashiers ALWAYS decide to ask this AS I AM ENTERING IN MY ACCOUNT DETAILS OR AS THEY ARE GETTING CHANGE.....the WORST possible time to ask a customer if they want anything else! I even got asked one day as I was entering in my PIN...WTF?!?!

So apart from this terrible customer service issue, here is what I think of the rest of the station:
This particular service station has recently opened in place of the old Mobil. It has a very fresh, inviting appearance and aside from the above I would ALWAYS get my petrol from there. Prices are competitive with the 4 other stations.
The bowser layout is not as good as Mobil's when it comes to entering off Glenroy Rd, however this isn't too much of an issue unless it becomes a little busy.
