I wouldn’t recommend this business because they not only want you to do their jobs for them - serve yourself. Now they have security gates trapping you in like a herd of thieving sheep. I will not shop here again and if the rest of the Cole’s stores do the same I won’t shop at Coles at all.

I just love shopping at this store! The staff are really accommodating, the store clean and welcoming, and the bakery is a delight to visit. They always have a bargain or 2 and the taste is better than may of the local bakeries. It is easy enough to park there too because they have a lot of 90 minute parking spots, and people are always coming and going. I recommend their artisan breads to everyone I know. I especially love the fact that you can use a self serve checkout if you don't want to wait in line. It's really great that you can do just about everything in one place because it's a big shopping centre with plenty of variety.
