Coles St Agnes is very much a leader in the supermarket field as it has up to date facilities including a self service salad bar and meals, also self service so that you buy just the quantity you need. Deli food is always fresh and service friendly

Excellent shop layout. Always clean and have stock on shelves. Love the fresh salad/veggie bar.
Highlight for me is being able to have my deli meats sliced fresh.

This Coles really has an exceptional fresh food section with competitive prices. It continually seems to boom with a lot of business, so be prepared for crowds and having a good eye for bargains and snapping them up before they go. It has a large range of products and good quality.
Downfalls include that if you want peace while shopping then you might need to come during the weekdays when it isn't peak time. Family shoppings is not pleasant and generally the tag along of kids does make the experience for other shoppers miserable when you have irrate parents and screaming kids. This store is never lacking that.
service is generally lacking and slow through checkouts and lack of checkouts open can be frustrating sometimes too.

It is frustrating as a mother to continuously have to rework my budget planned, as every time I go to this store, I find it lacking in products... especially sales items. Sometimes so many items are missing with bare sections on the shelves that I have to go to another supermarket. Overall I find that their fruit and veg last longer but is it the price to pay??

Had a recent remodel that coincided with a new supermarket opening in the area. The store has a more user friendly floor plan than before. New self serve checkouts proved to be very time consuming and not as quick as other competitors. The "helper" in the self-serve area was anything but helpful. Even my 9 year old commented that she wasn't nice and seemed angry at us. Very disappointed at this bad service in an otherwise lovely store.

It annoys me that they did not remodel until Fairview Park Foodland came on the scene. I now shop there exclusively and the service is fabulous (with a brilliant range of products and very competitive).
